The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of ambient environmental factors, design environmental factors, social environmental factors as a store environment on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in agricultural wholesale markets. In this survey, 235 questionnaires were used for the statical analysis.. The results of the study show as follows;
First, It was found that cleanliness as a ambient environmental factors are to have a positive relationship with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Second, design environmental factors are to have a positive relationship with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Third, social environmental factors have effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
The results of this study imply that marketers in agricultural wholesale markets have to strengthen customer satisfaction and customer loyalty to their customer by improve markets circumstance that have ambient and design environmental factors and to improve social environment factors.
