국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내에서 수행된 개념변화 연구를 분석하여 개념변화 연구의 동향과 주요 이슈를 살펴보고 향후 연구 과제를 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 2016 년 7월 21일부터 9월 2일까지 1984년에서 2016년 5월까지 수행된 개념변화 연구 438 편을 연도별, 교과목별, 연구주제별, 연구대상별, 오개념 검사방법별, 오개념 교정방 법별로 분석 준거에 따라 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개념변화 연구는 1980년대부터 꾸준히 진행되고 있으며, 2010년대에 다소 줄어들고 있다. 둘째, 교과 목으로는 과학 교과 연구가 가장 많은 이루어졌으며, 최근에 들어 새로운 교과목에 서의 연구들이 등장하고 있다. 셋째, 연구주제는 오개념 조사와 교정 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌다. 넷째, 대상은 중학교, 고등학교, 대학교 등을 대상으로 한 연구의 비중이 높았다. 다섯째, 검사방법은 2단계 검사를 사용한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 마지 막으로 교정방법으로는 탐구수업모형과 변칙사례를 가장 많이 사용하였다. 향후 연구 과제로 오개념 및 개념변화 이론 탐색, 교사 대상의 오개념 조사 및 오개념 지도 연구, 연구대상에 따른 오개념 조사 및 교정 방법 모색 등을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the recent trends and future prospects of conceptual change research. 438 studies were analyzed according to publication years, school subjects, research topics, research subjects, diagnostic methods and conceptual change methods of misconceptions(Jul. 21, 2016-Sept. 2, 2016). First, the results show that conceptual change research has been conducted consistently since the 1980s, with a slight decrease in the 2010s. Second, a majority of the studies were conducted in the science subjects. Third, most studies aimed at identifying the students or teachers’ misconceptions and change them. Fourth, studies mostly involved middle school students, high school students, and college students. Finally, in order for conceptual change, inquiry-based learning models and anomalous data were employed most frequently in the studies. The last part of the discussions contain limitations and several suggestions for future research.
