영문 초록
This study desires to investigate the relation between market orientation, technology orientation, founder’s background, and foundation result, and which effect such variables bring to foundation result according to mediated relation of satisfaction for entrepreneurship education targeting new firm formations less than 7 years(Article 2 of Support for Small and Medium Enterprise Establishment Act), and did analysis of actual proof of such influence factors.
Findings of this study are as follows. First, the background characteristics of the founder of the founding companies, gave a positive impact on the education satisfaction. Second, the education satisfaction of the founder had a positive impact on its founding results. Third, marketing-oriented properties had a positive impact on its founding results. Fourth, technology-oriented properties had a positive impact on its founding results. Finally, marketing orientation of the founding companies, technology-oriented property, did not have a positive impact on the establishment education satisfaction.
