영문 초록

This paper fabricated ZMOS SAW convolver using RF sputtered ZnO thin film and its properties was investigated. The fabricated device was composed of two pairs IDT s symmetric and 180 out of phase, two pairs beam compressor, one pair waveguide and four pairs reflector. The properties of fabricated convolver were excellent and harmonics were decreased and convolution efficiency was very large as compared with conventional convolver. Also this device can be considered with signal divider.
