영문 초록

More and more migrants move to other countries from their own country in order to get a job, travel for pleasure, on business and so on. So many Korean citizens visit foreign countries for the said purposes, and so do foreigners increasingly come to Korea. The increase of migrants must be inevitable on the occasion of the global era. However, countries are in a position to with a priority protect their own citizens compared to foreigners, which is called the principle of first priority to their own citizens. For instance, citizens go through quickly immigration and customs, while foreigners do relatively slowly, wherever they visit.. Immigration authorities control and treat foreigners who enter their own country through the immigration policy and if necessary limit their visit. The motto of immigration policy of the Republic of Korea is Broadly open the door to visitors but strict management will be followed To cope with the era of low-birth rate and high-age trend, brand-new immigration policy will be necessary so that more foreign workers may be allowed to work as well as promoting the protection of their human rights
