불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 대학생의 진로 결정수준 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족이 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 완벽주의의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 대학생 268명을 대상으로 2015년 12월에 일주일간 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 각 변인들 간의 관계를 상관분석을 통해 검토하였으며, 완벽주의를 적응적 완벽주의와 부적응적 완벽주의로 구분하여 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 완벽주의의 매개효과를 구조방정식 모형검증을 통해 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 불확실성에 대한 인내력이 낮을수록 진로결정수준이 낮았으며, 진로준비행동과는 유의미한 상관을 보이지 않았다. 불확실성에 대한 인내력과 완벽주의는 모두 정적인 상관을 나타냈으며, 적응적 완벽주의는 진로준비행동과 정적상관을 나타냈고 부적응적 완벽주의는 진로결정수준과 부적상관을 나타냈다. 적응적 완벽주의와 부적응적 완벽주의는 불확실성에 대한 인내력과 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동과의 관계에서 각각 매개효과를 나타냈다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study investigated intolerance of uncertainty, career decision leve and career preparation attempted to study mediator effect of perfectionism. Finally, conclusions, implications and limitaions of the study were discussed. Perfectionism is divided into adaptive perfectionism and maladaptive perfectionism for multidimensional approach.To do this, online questionnaires were conducted for 268 college students for a week in December in 2015. Researchers conducted the correlation analysis and tested mediator effect of perfectionism regarding the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty, career decision level and career preparation behavior by using structural equational model based on correlation result. As a result of analysis, the lower the level of patience about uncertainty, the lower the level of career decision, and did not show a significant correlation with career preparation behavior. intolerance of uncertainty and perfectionism showed a positive correlation. Adaptive perfectionism showed a positive correlation with career preparation behavior, and maladaptive perfectionism showed negative correlation with career decision level. Adaptive perfectionism and maladaptive perfectionism showed mediating effects on the uncertainty endurance, career decision level and career preparation behavior. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
