국문 초록

본 연구는 물류창고 입지 결정요인에 관하여 용인시 지역을 중심으로 연구하였다. 정보통신의 발달 등으로 인해 유통산업환경이 변하면서 온라인쇼핑 등 전자상거래가 급증하게 됨에 따라 물류창고의 수요 또한 증가하였다. 운송비에 민감한 물류유통업체들이 서울 및 수도권에 1일 1~2배송이 가능한 경기 남동부지역을 물류배송기지로 선호한다. 물류창고에 대한 투자자의 관심이 많아지고 수요가 증가하면서, 용인지역도 물류창고 신축 및 개발이 많아지고 있다. 이러한 현실이 도로교통 혼잡, 자연경관훼손 등 사회적인 문제가 대두되면서 지역주민들과 갈등으로 인한 민원발생이 많이 나타나고 있다. 최근에 용인시는 조례규칙 개정을 통해서 물류창고의 인ㆍ허가 조건을 까다롭게 하였다. 이런 점에 착안하여 물류창고 입지에 대한 지역주민들의 생각을 설문조사하여, 이를 실증분석해서 입지결정요인을 도출하고자 한다.

영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study made questionnaire survey on the logistics warehouse development and location to local residents. And then, it carried out empirical analysis in order to figure out efficient plan for logistics warehouse location determination. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Questionnaire survey was carried out on logistics warehouse location to general people, logistics associates and experts in Yongin-si together with literature review and empirical analysis. SPSS v.21.0 program was used for statistical analysis. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The percentage of consent of logistics warehouse location determination was considerably high with 77.3%. Overall, economic effect was the highest in the possibility of location determination of logistics warehouse. If they had high social effect and environmental effect, if they were older, had higher monthly household income and had lower education level, the possibility of logistics warehouse location determination was high. 2. RESULTS Local residents approved logistics warehouse location. As for location determination possibility, economic effect recognition was the highest impact. This study provided reasonable direction for the reference of logistics warehouse location determination.
