예비유아교사의 진로결정수준과 진로장벽, 진로결정 자기효능감 간의 관련성

국문 초록

본 연구는 3년제와 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 예비유아교사들을 대상으로 대학유형에 따른 진로결정수준과 진로장벽, 진로결정 자기효능감 간의 관련성을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 3년제 280명, 4년제 292명으로 총 572명이었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 Win program을 사용하여 Cronbach`α, t-검증과 Pearson의 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 진로장벽은 3년제가 4년제보다, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로결정수준은 4년제가 3년제보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 진로장벽과 진로결정수준은 부적 상관으로 나타났으며, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로결정수준은 정적 상관으로, 진로장벽과 진로결정 자기효능감은 부적 상관으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 이들 간의설명력을 살펴본 결과 유의미하며 적합도 검증 또한 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과를 바탕으로 예비유아교사의 대학유형별 진로결정수준, 진로장벽, 진로결정 자기효능감을 지원하기 위한 교육현장의 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, Relationships between Career Decision Levels, Career Barriers, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy of three-year, and four-year colleges. The sample was made of 572 students: 280 students in three-year colleges, 292 students in four-year colleges. The purpose of this study was to examine their Career Decision Levels, Career Barriers, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy were evaluated. The collected date were analyzed by utilizing independent-samples t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, Cronbach’s α and Multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: First, In the order of four-year, three-year had higher scores on Career Barriers and the order of three-year, four-year had higher scores on Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Career Decision Levels. Second, there were negative correlations between the scores of Career Barriers and Career Decision Levels. And there were positive correlations between the scores of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Career Decision Levels. Lastly, it turned out that the effects of Career Decision Levels on Career Barriers and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy of Kindergarten Pre-Service Teachers were explanation and the study was meaningful. On the basis of this study, the implications of this study and directions for future study and counseling program were discussed.
