보육교사의 감정노동이 감정소진에 미치는 영향:

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 감정노동이 감정소진에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이 관계에서 감정부조화와 자아탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 경기도 군포시에 소재한 가정, 민간, 국․공립 어린이집 52개원에 소속되어 있는 보육교사 350명을 분석대상으로 하였다. 연구방법은 빈도분석으로 일반적 특성을 살펴보고, 기술통계분석, 상관분석 등을 살펴보았으며, 경로분석을 통해 연구모형을 검증했다. 매개효과 검증은 Sobel test를 활용하였다. 분석결과 보육교사의 감정노동이 감정소진에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 둘째, 감정부조화와 자아탄력성은 감정노동이 감정소진에 미치는 영향에 있어 매개효과가 있었으며, 감정부조화는 부정요인으로, 자아탄력성은 긍정요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 보육교사의 감정소진을 경감시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제시했다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional labor of nursing teachers on their emotional exhaustion and to verify mediating effects of emotional disharmony and ego-resiliency on that correlation. A survey was conducted of 350 nursing teachers belonged to fifty-two home, private, national nurseries located in Gunpo City, Gyeonggi-do Province. Frequency analysis was used for researching general features, then descriptive statistic analysis and correlation analysis were conducted successively. The research model was examined by path analysis. Also, Sobel test was used for verifying the mediating effects. The results of this research are as follows. Firstly, as nursing teachers’ emotional labor has positive correlation with emotional exhaustion. Secondly, emotional disharmony and ego-resiliency have mediating effects on the correlation between emotional labor and emotional exhaustion, emotional disharmony as a negative factor and ego-resiliency as a positive factor respectively. Based on these researching results, we raised the necessity of devising programs for reducing nursing teachers’ emotional exhaustion.
