보육교사의 감성지능이 직무몰입도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 감성지능이 교사효능감의 매개효과를 통해 직무몰입도에 미치는 영향력을 알아보는데 있다. 연구대상은 경기도 보육교사 200명을 대상으로 2016년 2월 21일부터 4월 16일까지 단순임의 표집방법으로 설문을 진행하였다. 감성지능과 교사효능감, 직무몰입도에 대하여 이론적 고찰과 선행연구를 검토하였으며 보육교사의 감성지능과 통제 변수인 결혼, 자녀, 연령, 수입, 정원, 경력, 근무시간, 담당연령은 교사효능감을 매개로 직무몰입도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 가정하였다. 수집된 자료로 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 기술분석과 상관분석으로 주요변수들의 특성을 파악 하였으며, 다중회귀분석과 sobel test를 통해 연구모형 및 효능감에 대한 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과 보육교사의 감성지능은 교사효능감, 직무몰입도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 감성지능이 직무몰입도에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 교사효능감을 통해서도 영향을 주고 있으며 보육교사의 감성지능은 교사효능감과 직무몰입도와 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 감성지능이 직무몰입도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하여 규명하였으며, 나아가 보육교사들의 감성지능을 제고할 수 있는 정책적 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out the impact of emotional intelligence on job engagement through the mediating effect of childcare teachers’ efficacy. 200 childcare teachers in Gyeonggi were selected by simple random sampling method and survey was conducted from February 21, 2016 until April 16th. Theoretical study and previous studies on emotional intelligence and self-efficacy, job engagement were reviewed and then it was assumed that childcare teachers’ emotional intelligence and control variables affect job engagement through the mediating effect of childcare teachers’ efficacy. Data were analyzed by correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and sobel test using SPSS 20.0. The major result of this study was that childcare teachers’ emotional intelligence, efficacy, imports had a significant impact on job engagement. The emotional intelligence had a direct impact on job engagement and childcare teachers’ efficacy had a mediating effect between emotional intelligence and job engagement By this study it was identified empirically that emotional intelligence affected job engagement. Furthermore based on results of this study, policy proposals to improve childcare teachers’ emotional intelligence were discussed.
