국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 자아효능감, 대인관계 역량 간 관계에서 자기관리역량의 매개 효과를 변인 간 관계가 성별 간 차이를 보이는 가를 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 충남에 소재한 4년제 대학 학생들을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 이는 2014년 4월 1일부터 5월 31일까지 진행되었다. 자료 분석 결과, 자아효능감과 대인관계역량, 자기관리 역량은 부분매개모형을 지지하였다. 또한, 성별 간 다집단 검증 결과, 형태동일성 검증은 만족하였으나, 측정동일성 검증은 기각되어 두 집단 간 경로는 차이를 보이는 것을 확인하였다. 자아조절효능감이 자기관리에 미치는 영향과 자기관리가 대인관계에 미치는 영향은 남, 녀 집단이 동일하나 남자의 경우 자신감이 자기관리와 대인관계에 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 유의한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 대인관계역량을 높이기 위한 방안으로 자아효능감을 향상시키는 방안을 고려할수 있으며, 자아효능감 향상을 위한 교육과정의 수립과 성별 특성을 감안한 핵심역량증진 접근전략의 수립이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of self-management in relationship between self-efficacy and interpersonal competency in college students. Also, this study is confirmed to differ in mediating model according to gender. For this study, the mediating model analysis and multiple group analysis were conducted using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 program. The results of this study is as follows. First, self-management competency is mediated in the relation between self-efficacy and interpersonal competency (partial mediation model). Second, the results of the construct equivalence is showed that there was a significant difference between male and female group in mediating model. The path between self-efficacy and self-management competency was statistically significant both male and female groups and between self-management and interpersonal competency were statistically significant both groups. Therefore, the mediation model was supported the partial medication model. Third, it was found that the path between self-confidence and self-management was statistically significant male group. Also the path between self-confidence and interpersonal competency was statistically significant male group. That is, male and female groups are differed to path the self-efficacy, interpersonal competency and self-management competency. Based on there results, this study suggests that when colleges decide to set up education course which is factors having a relevance to core competencies like self-efficacy.
