인권개념에 기초한 간호연구윤리 교육프로그램의 효과성

국문 초록

본 연구는 인간을 대상으로 하는 간호연구에서 인간존엄성을 존중하는 지식과 태도를 향상하기 위하여, 인권개념에 기반한 간호연구윤리 교육프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 검정하는데 있다. 실험군과 대조군에서 사전 사후 조사를 실시하였고, 인권감수성, 도덕적민감성, 간호연구윤리 교육필요성 도구를 사용하였다. 사전 조사는 교육프로그램 실시 전인 2013년 9월 2일, 사후조사는 교육프로그램 실시 후 2013년 12월 2일 동일하게 실시되었다. 자료 분석은 PASW Statistics 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t검정, ANCOVA 검정을 사용하였다. 연구결과 도덕적 민감성 중 도덕적의미항목과 간호연구윤리교육의 필요성 항목이 향상되었는데, 이는 인권이 문제되는 상황에서 도덕적 의미나 행동을 취할 수 있는 능력이 향상된 것으로 사료된다. 본연구의 의의는 현재까지 간호연구윤리는 대학원 과정에서 연구 부정행위 방지에 초점이 맞추어져 있었으나 본 연구에서는 연구 진실성, 인간존엄성 존중, 자율성, 윤리적 갈등에서 해결할 수 있는 의사소통 등 긍정적인 내용을 다루었고, 학사과정에서 간호연구윤리교육프로그램을 실시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This research used a Quasi-experimental design to evaluate improvements of ethical qualification, human right sensitivity, moral sensitivity, and nursing ethical education necessity through the education of nursing ethics based on human right. The result indicates that ethical meaning among moral sensitivity, nursing ethical education necessity was improved. The question in human right sensitivity section that was asking about agreement during nursing activity exhibited significant improvement. This implies that sufficient explanation can induce agreement. An improvement of ethical knowledge, means that judgment, critical thinking, and understanding of the subject and human being. Relating to the enhancement of ethical meaning, an element of moral sensitivity, it means that it enables them to introspect on moral actions or meanings. Regarding education method, workshop, discussion, case oriented immediate feedback after the discussion was helpful. Video supplements and introspection were effective educational interventions in order to get the virtues for ethical behaviors of a nurse. Currently, research ethic is a curriculum in graduate school, however, this research is shows that the education can improve undergraduate s ethical qualification based on human rights.
