초등교육에서 플립러닝 성공전략 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 학교 현장에서 큰 관심을 받고 있는 ‘플립러닝’에 대한 성공전략을 탐색하기 위해 문헌 검토 및 전문가 사전검토를 하고 교사와 학습자의 학습과정을 살펴보고, 플립러닝의 성공전략을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 이루어진 사례연구이다. 이를 위해 플립러닝을 성공적으로 실행하고 있는 교사 3인과 학생 82명을 대상으로 참여관찰과 면담을 실시하였다. 그 결과 변화의 특징으로는 교사의 역할변화, 수업방법의 변화, 의사소통과 참여의 변화, 21세기 학습자 역량인식의 변화가 나타났으며, 성공전략으로는 디딤학습 전략, 오프라인 팀활동과 온라인 팀활동에서의 상호작용 전략, 긍정적이고 적극적인 수업 참여 전략, 자료탐색의 개별화 학습전략, 정리 및 평가전략을 주요전략으로한 세부요인을 탐색할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The is case study research to explore to learn success strategy of ‘flipped learning’ which is receiving a great deal of attention in school education field recently by examining the learning procedure between teacher and learner and to derive the success factor. In order to draw the conclusion, we carried out participant observation and interview of 3 teachers and 6 students who are conducting flipped learning successfully. As a result, we could find change of teacher’s role, change of teaching method, change of communication participation, and change of 21stlearner’ competence recognize as feature of change and Didim learning strategy, interaction strategy in on/off-line team activity and positive and active participation in learning strategy, individualized learning strategy in resource exploration, and organization and evaluation strategy as main strategies.
