간호대학생과 일반대학생의 삶의 질 영향요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대생과 일반대학생의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 실시하였다. 연구 대상자는 경기도 소재 4년제 간호학과 재학생 177명과 서울 소재 4년제 대학의 일반대학생 195명을 대상으로 하였다. 설문기간은 2014년 11월 1일부터 2015년 1월 30일까지 실시하였으며 총 372부를 최종 분석하였으며 조사도구는 세계보건기구 삶의 질 간편형 척도(WHOQOL- BREF)를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 간호대학생이 일반대학생보다 삶의 질이 유의하게 낮았으며 대학생의 삶의 질은 학업스트레스, 건강상태, 취업스트레스, 경제수준, 여가활동, 성별, 수면시간의 변인들과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 학업스트레스, 건강상태, 취업스트레스, 경제수준, 여가활동, 수면시간의 변수들은 간호대학생의 삶의 질에 대한 설명력이 49%였으며 학업스트레스, 건강상태, 학년의 변수들은 일반대학생의 삶의 질에 대한 설명력이 44%였다. 그러므로 간호대학생과 일반대학생의 서로 다른 특성을 고려해 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 스트레스 관리와 건강증진 도모를 위한 프로그램 개발 및 도입이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study was to identity predictors of quality of life in Nursing students and general college students. The participants were 177 Nursing students and 195 general college students from Seoul and Gyeonggi province who were University Students. Data were collected between November 2014 and January 2015. The instrument used was WHOQOL- BREF. Collected data were analyzed with t-test and multiple regression analysis. The quality of life of Nursing students was lower than general college students. The main predictors for quality of life in University Students was studying, job’stress, health state, economic state, participation on leisure, gender, sleeping hours. The quality of life of Nursing students was a significant positive correlation with stress of studying, health state, job’stress, economic state, participation on leisure, sleeping hours(R²=49%). The quality of life of general college students was a significant positive correlation with stress of studying, health state, grade(R²=44%). Therefore, it is necessary to develop health behavior promotion program and to control stress in order to enhance the quality of life of university students.
