영문 초록

After the 1994 TRIPs agreement was signed, a number of countries are taking strong regulations for the export and import of goods that infringe intellectual property rights. Korea in order to protect the owner of the legitimate trademark rights, are taking the border measures for trademark infringement goods. Such efforts, is the protection of intellectual property rights. And is an improvement of the law and institutions that match the international level. Nevertheless, imports of intellectual property rights infringement goods has not been reduced. Thus, international organizations and developed countries requested the korea a more clear and powerful border measures. Therefore, in this study, after the discussion on matters relating to the defined border measures in South Korea of t he Customs Act, it was studied for the improvement measures for this.
