국문 초록

본 연구는 특수교사를 대상으로 자아탄력성ㆍ교사효능감ㆍ직무만족도ㆍ심리적 소진과의 구조적 관계를 확인하고 자아탄력성과 심리적 소진에 대한 교사효능감과 직무만족도의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2015년 12월부터 2016년 3 월까지 강원·인천·경기에 근무하는 특수학교 및 특수학급 특수교사 389명을 대상으로 조사 및 분석을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형을 설정하여 모형의 적합도를 평가하였고 부트스트래핑을 실시하여 매개효과에 대한 유의성을 검증하였 다. 그 결과 자아탄력성은 직무만족도와 교사효능감에 직접적인 의미있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족도는 심리적 소진에 그리고 교사효능감도 심리적 소진에 직접적인 의미있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 자아탄력성이 심리적 소진 에 대해 직접적으로 의미있는 영향을 미치지 않고 교사효능감과 직무만족도를 통해서 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 완전매개효과를 갖게 되는 것으로 확인되었다

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationships among the ego-resilience, teacher efficacy, job satisfaction and psychological burnout of special education teachers and the mediating effects of teacher efficacy and job satisfaction on ego-resilience and psychological burnout. The subjects in this study were 389 selected special education teachers who worked at special schools and who were in charge of special classes in Gangwon Province, Incheon and Gyeonggi Province. After a survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed. As for data analysis, a structural equation model was set up, and its goodness-of-fit was tested, and bootstrapping was utilized to test the significance of the mediating effects. As a result, ego-resilience was found to have a significant direct impact on job satisfaction and teacher efficacy. Job satisfaction was found to exert a significant direct influence on psychological burnout, and teacher efficacy also was found to affect psychological burnout in a significant direct way. Ego-resilience didn t have any significant direct impact on psychological burnout. Instead, it was found to have complete mediating effects as it affected psychological burnout through teacher efficacy and job satisfaction.
