Discussed in this study, mortgage s case study is the recent case study of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and the policy conclusions are as follows.
There are two types of shared ownership mortgage: one shares the profit from house sale with lender, and the other shares both the profit and loss also known as equity loan in the UK. In my country of housing policy goal is to secure stable housing. For this purpose, by minimizing the cost of individuals on low incomes can more easily buy thing to do with housing. In the UK government, private construction companies in their housing support for mortgage loans into various forms of financial firms and private equity type from application. All of our country has aided the mortgage loans is It suggests that only big can say.
