영문 초록

The Sangpyeong General Industrial Complex was created as an industrial complex in 1981, and classified as a deteriorated industrial complex at present. Therefore, the regeneration project plan for this complex by the government and municipalities is ongoing. This complex has played a central role of economic activation in the western Gyeongnam-area as a hub city in the western Gyeongnam province so far. this study was conducted for the utilization as a basic material, which can proceed the regeneration project effectively in accordance with the time period of the Sangpyeong General Industrial Complex in Jinju. It conducted questionnaire surveys targeting laborers in the Sangpyeong General Industrial Complex to find the sub-factors of the general projects in the Sangpyeong General Industrial Complex with a view to suggesting the activation plans through the regeneration projects by analyzing sub-factors, which can affect the activation of the Sangpyeong General Industrial Complex. analysis was conducted to examine the general characteristics of research subjects by using frequency analysis. Before the execution of the multiple regression analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis were conducted to verify the relations of variables. It analyzed factors, affecting the consciousness of laborers according to the enforcement of the regeneration projects in the deteriorated industrial complex by using the multiple regression analysis to suggest the sub-factors of the regeneration project in Sangpyeong General Industrial Complex where laborers ideas should be preferentially accepted.
