Research on Korean import & export companies SCM integration, rational trust and gradual commitment affect the business performance

국문 초록

최근 우리나라 무역 패러다임에는 공급체인통합에 관련한 물적 및 인적 자원 구성원들의 참여지속과 네트워크 형성을 주축으로 하는 공급체인 파트너십이 중요 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SCM 파트너십 역량에 대한 국내 기업들의 공급자관계관리, 고객관계관리의 SCM 통합 요인들에 중점을 두었고 국내 수출입 기업들의 해외경험정도에 따른 합리적 신 뢰 요인이 점층적 몰입에 미치는 조절효과를 살펴보는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 국내 수출입 기업들로 하여, 부적합한 내용을 제외한 총 142부를 실증분석 하였고 연구모형은 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 16.0 통계패키지를 활용해 Ⅴ장의 결론 및 시사점을 도출 하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공급자관계관리 요인은 합리적 신뢰요인에, 그리고 합 리적 신뢰요인은 점층적 몰입 요인과 공급체인의 지속가능성과에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업들의 해외경험정도에 따라 합리적 신뢰요인이 점층적 몰입요인 간에 음(-)의 조절효과를 보였다

영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to identify the rational trust factor using regulation effect on gradual commitment through entrepreneurial overseas experience level. Research design, data, methodology : A total of 142 questionnaire were collected and the data collected was analyzed empirically. The conclusions and implications that were derived from the questionnaire are presented on chapter V. The data on chapter V was analyzed using a statistical package that includes SPSS 18.0 and Amos 16.0. Results : Results of adopted research using empirical analysis are as follows. Firstly, supplier relationship management factor has an positively effect on rational trust factor. Secondly, rational trust factor affect positively each of gradual commitment and supply chain’s sustainability performance. Thirdly, rational trust factor depending on entrepreneurial overseas experience level has an negatively effect on gradual commitment. Conclusions : This study outlines the importance of trust building between partners in a supply chain. It also states the importance of the results through CRM and shows this commitment needs to be perceived.
