계층 분석적 의사결정 (AHP) 기법을 활용한 발달장애학생의 직업기초능력 상대적 중요도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 취업현장에서 요구하는 발달장애학생의 직업기초능력에 대한 상대적 중요도를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 발달장애인이 근무하는 보호작업장 종사자와 특수행정실무원 배치기관 관계자 총 11개 기관 25명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 국가직무능력표준 직업기초능력을 토대로 계층 분석적 의사결정(AHP) 기법을 활용하여 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상위능력인 1계층은 대인관계능력, 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력 등의 순이었고, 하위능력인 2계층의 종합 상대적 중요도는 팀웍능력, 문제처리능력, 언어구사능력, 경청능력, 근로윤리, 갈등관리능력 등의 순이었다. 둘째, 두 집단 간에 차이를 보이는 직업기초능력을 살펴보면, 보호작업장 종사자 집단은 문제처리능력, 자아인식능력, 자기관리능력, 물적자원관리능력, 기술적용능력, 근로윤리를 더 중요하게 판단하였고, 특수 행정실무원 관계자 집단은 경청능력, 언어구사능력, 갈등관리능력, 고객서비스능력, 공동체윤리를 더 중요하게 판단하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 발달장애학생의 직업기초능력을 계발하기 위해 특성화고등학교및 특수학교 전공과 과정의 직업교육과정 편성․운영을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relative importance of the key vocational competencies of students with developmental disabilities based on the requirements of the field of work. The subjects in this study were 25 selected workers in 11 different institutions including sheltered workshops. People with developmental disabilities were working in the sheltered workshops, and the other institutions were office assistant of special education administration. The relative importance and priority of the key vocational competencies of students with developmental disabilities were analyzed by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) on the basis of the key competencies of the national competency standards. The findings of the study were as follows: First, they placed the most importance on interpersonal competency in Hierarchy 1 that was larger competencies, and they attached the second most importance to communicative competency, followed by problem-solving skills. As for the overall relative importance of sub-competencies in Hierarchy 2, teamwork competency was considered most important, followed by problem-solving skills, speaking ability, listening skills, work ethics and conflict management skills. Second, in which key vocational competencies there were differences between the two groups was analyzed. As a result, the workers from the sheltered workshops gave more weight to problem-solving skills, self-awareness skills, self-management skills, material resources management skills, technical application and work ethics, and the office assistant of special education administration placed more importance on listening skills, speaking ability, conflict management skills, customer service skills and community ethics. The findings of the study are expected to be of use for the development of the key vocational competencies of students with developmental disabilities by providing useful information on the compilation and management of major course curriculums in specialized high schools and special schools.
