영문 초록

Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, which target path to completing the land accumulation in the international free city with residents in conducting the policy and is induced, but the active participation of civil society, including the ngoIn conclusion, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, land banking policy is through sufficient political process, operation and management could hardly think they are.
