GIS와 시·공간자기회귀모형을 이용한 용도지역이 지역경제에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 용도지역이 지역경제에 미치는 영향을 지역경제의 대리변수는 지방세징수액으로 사회경제적 특성변수는 노령화지수, 기초생활수급자수, 산업체종사자수와 자동차등록대수로 용도지역은 주거지역, 상업지역과 녹지지역으로 설정하였으며 공간적 범위는 서울시 25개구로 시간적 범위는 2006년부터 2014년까지로 하여 시·공간자기회귀모형을 이용해 분석하였다. 분석결과, 노령화지수를 제외한 모든 변수들의 영향은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났으며 지역경제인 지방세징수액에 기초생활수급자수는 음(-), 산업종사자수와 자동차등록대수는 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 주거지역이 1%증가함에 따라 지방세징수액은 0.207% 증가하였으며 상업지역이 1%증가함에 따라 지방세징수액은 0.169% 증가하는 것으로 나타난 반면 녹지지역이 1%증가함에 따라 지방세징 수액은 0.010% 하락하는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study analyzed the effects of urban zoning areas on regional economy using spatiotemporal autoregressive model. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study established collection of local taxes as a proxy variable of regional economy, aging index, the number of recipients of basic living, the number of industry workers, and the number of registered vehicles as socioeconomic characteristic variables, and residential area, commercial area, and green belt zone as urban zoning area, the spatial range was set to 25 boroughs in Seoul, and set temporal range from 2006 to 2014. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS According to the analysis result, it was identified that effects of every variable except aging index are statistically significant, and the number of recipients of basic living makes negative effect and the number of industry workers and the number of registered vehicles make positive effect on the collection of local taxes. 2. RESULTS Whereas the collection of local taxes increased by 0.207% as residential area increased by 1% and collection of local taxes increased by 0.169% as commercial area increased by 1%, the collection of local taxes decreased by 0.010% as green belt zone increased by 1%.
