장애인의 범죄두려움 영향 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 한국형사정책연구원에서 실시한 『2010년 기준 전국범죄피해조사』 자료를 활용하였다. 장애인을 대상으로 일반적 범죄두려움, 이타적 범죄두려움, 구체적 범죄두려움 측면으로 나눠 취약성 요인, 무질서 요인, 사회통합 요인, 지역사회경찰활동 요인을 투입하여 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지 분석하여 알아봄으로써, 지역사회복지 실천 대안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 장애인은 일반적 범죄두려움, 구체적 범죄두려움에 대해서 물리적 무질서와 사회적 무질서가 클수록 범죄두려움이 컸으며, 남성보다는 여성이 범죄두려움이 크게 나타났다. 이타적 범죄두려움에 대해서는 비공식통제참여가 클수록, 나이가 많을수록, 사회적 무질서가 클수록 이타적 범죄두려움이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 장애인의 범죄두려움을 감소시켜 삶의 질을 개선하기 위해서는 여성 장애인과 연령이 높은 장애인에 대한 사례관리와 무질서에 대한 지역사회복지 실천이 요구된다.

영문 초록

This study utilizes 『2010, the National Crime Victimization Survey』 conducted by the Korea Institute of Criminology. It analyzes the factors that influence general fear of crime, altruistic fear of crime, specifically fear of crime targeting the disabled with people and by putting vulnerability factors, disorder factors, social integration factors, community policing factor, identify the factors that influence. Through this analysis, it presents a social welfare alternatives. The summary of the results follows. In the overall crime fears, general fear of crime, altruistic of crime, specifically crime fear of the disabled with person, the higher level of physical disorders, social disorders was shown the higher fear of crime, the female is larger than the male fear of crime. In the case of altruistic fear of crime, the higher level of informal control participation, age, social disorder was shown higher altruistic fear of crime. To reduce the fear of crime to improve the quality of life of disabled with person, case management and local social welfare activation for women with disabilities and the elderly with disability is required.
