고등학생의 진로 계발을 위한 학급 단위 글쓰기 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 일반계 여자 고등학교에서 2학년 학습자를 대상으로 운영하는 10차시 분량의 학급 단위 진로 계발 글쓰기 프로그램의 개발 과정을 소개하고, 최근 연도의 운영 성과를 살펴 보았다. 이는 기존의 선행 연구에서 다루어 온 진로 개발 프로그램이 대부분 저학년 학습자로 제한되어 ‘진로 탐색’에만 초점을 맞추고 있거나, 글쓰기 프로그램이 독립적으로 분리되지 않은 채 대부분 진로 독서 프로그램의 하위 활동으로서만 자리잡아왔다는 데 대한 반성과 문제 의식에서 비롯되었다. 이 연구에서는 진로 목표에 대한 윤곽이 어느 정도 드러나는 일반계 고등학교 2학년 학습자를 대상으로 ‘진로 목표를 염두에 둔 목표 지향적 과정’으로서 진로 계발 글쓰기의 속성을 규정하고, 학급 단위에서의 학습의 실제성을 제고하기 위한 방안으로 협력학습에 기반한 소집단 의사소통을 고려하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to introduce the theoretical background and development process of a classroom-based writing program for sophomore high school students’ career design and to review the outcomes of recent year’s. This study overcomes the biases of previous papers toward the career writing by analyzing the sophomore high school students’ own characteristics. This study defined the sophomore high school students’ career design writing as the goal-oriented processes according to the own personal career goal, and suggest the classroom-based teaching&learning methodology using small-group communication based on collaborative learning theory. This study’s discussion is valued in that the foundation able of classroom-based career writing program according to the specific school grade is established by definition of ‘career design’ and maximiztion of the learing authenticity and dialogicality.
