영문 초록

This paper focuses on comparative study of anti-corruption organization among foreign governments. Especially, authors argues about major law for anti-corruption action, personnel administration, organizational size and operation, core function and role. This paper was written by the application on law data (2004 report) of KICAC (Korea Independent Commission Against Corruption). Through this comparative study, we find that anti-corruption action or orientation of korea government is how to process, what to organize, etc.
