영문 초록

The recent incidents of child abuse and the child's death is being reported almost everyday. The year of 2014 was meaningful due to the enactment of Enforcement Decree of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Child Abuse Crimes and amendment of the Child Welfare Act. As a result of the legislation, there was turning point in child abuse prevention and management of the country. Child abuse prevention programs was reduced as a state subsidy business in 2015, and the government has been preparing the child abuse prevention measure. The government established a ‘Guideline on the Cooperation among the Organizations related to the Child Abuse’. In this article, I analysed the current state of affairs based on the reports of Ministry of Health and Welfare and the statistics of National Child Protection Agency. And I suggested some ideas in legal and political aspects.
