매염제에 따른 염색성과 항균성 변화 연구

국문 초록

최근 피부질환 및 아토피질환의 예방과 치료에 도움이 된다는 이유로 천연염색 제품에 대한 관심이 높아졌다. 그리고 천연염색의 재료 중 많은 종류의 식물이 한의학에서도 사용되고 있고 거기에 착안하여 최근에는 이른바 한방염색 연구소가 설립되는 등 한방재료의 항균성에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루지고 있다. 이러한 한방재료 또한 천연염색에서 사용하는 동일한 식 물성 재료로써 매염제에 의한 색상의 변화가 있듯이 항균성의 또한 변화가 있을 것이라 예상한다. 따라서 본 연구는 천연염색과 한방의학에서 동시에 사용되고 있는 식물(약초)중에서 치자, 황금, 어성초, 황백을 대상으로 염색과 다양한 매염 과정을 거쳐 얻은 결과물의 색상과 섬유의 항균성 변화를 조사하는 것이 주요 목적이다.

영문 초록

These days, interest on the natural dye products increased since it helps to prevent and to treat skin ailment and atopic dermatitis. Moreover, many types of plants among the natural dye products are used for the oriental medicine as well. Thus, herbal dye research centers are being established these days. Likewise, researches on the herbal medicine’s antibiotic action are actively underway. It is expected that there will be change in color and in antibiotic action due to the mordant as the plant materials that are used in the natural dye as well when it comes to this herbal medicine. Accordingly, main purpose of this research is to study the change in the textile’s antibiotic action and the color of the output obtained during dyeing and processes mordant, targeting the Gardenia, Scutellaria, Houttuynia and Phellodendron, among the plants that are used simultaneously in the natural dye and oriental medicine.
