임대ㆍ분양 혼합단지 갈등요인이 입주민 통합에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 혼합단지 내 임대ㆍ분양 입주민 간에 발생하는 갈등이 입주민 통합에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이해관계 갈등 요인의 관리가 잘 이루어질수록 포용성이 상승되었다. 둘째, 사실관계 갈등 요인의 관리가 잘 이루어질수록 소속감, 포용성, 참여가 모두 상승되었다. 셋째, 사실관계 갈등 요인의 관리가 잘 이루어질수록 갈등수준이 저하되었다. 넷째, 갈등수준이 높을수록 소속감, 포용성, 참여가 모두 저하되었다. 따라서 임대ㆍ분양 혼합단지에서 입주민 통합을 강화하기 위해서는 사실관계 갈등 요인의 관리가 상대적으로 더욱 중요하다고 판단된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of conflicts that occur between the residents of condominiums and rental housing on the integration of residents in rental and condominium mixed apartment. The main results of the analysis are as follows. First, as the management of the interest conflict has performed well, inclusiveness were increased. Second, as the management of the data conflict has performed well, a sense of belonging, inclusiveness, participation were all increased. Third, as the management of the data conflict has performed well, conflict level was reduced. Fourth, the higher the level of conflict is a sense of belonging, inclusion, participation was both decreased. Therefore, the management of the data conflict will be relatively more important in order to enhance the integration of residents in rental and condominium mixed apartment.
