국문 초록

디자인의 주요 컨셉은 차별화된 웨딩브랜드를 통해 축복받은 뜻이란 Blessed Island로 설정하였으며, 지역 고유 자원인 온천수를 활용하여 웨딩과 스파를 결합한 복합휴양 리조트로 디자인하였다. 주요 공간계획은 문화체험공간, 숙박휴양공간, 상업 및 휴식공간과 편의지원시설로 구분하여 공간별 주요 활동계획과 도입시설을 선정하였다. 공간계획 및 시설물 계획은 주동선과 보조동선을 고려한 체험의 경로에 적합하게 해안입지형과 숲 위요형으로 구분하여 공간계획을 수립하였다. 또한 주말 및 주중 이용객을 위한 공간 및 이용프로그램의 계획과 지역경제 활성화 프로그램, 주변기관과의 연계 프로그램을 통해 사업의 효과를 극대화하고자 하였다. 대상지는 현재 접근성은 좋지 못하나 향후 강화도와 석모들 연결하는 교량이 설치되는 기회요인과 인천국제공항을 출 입국하는 관광객들의 적극 유치하는 마케팅 프로그램을 개발한다면 여러 가지 제약요인에도 불구하고 그 동안의 농촌개발과는 차별화되고 특화된 계획으로서의 시사점과 연구의 의의를 가진다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The main concept of the design was set up as a means Blessed Island is blessed with a distinctive wedding brand, indigenous resource that utilizes springs health resort complex was designed to combine the wedding and Spa. User demand was the introduction of activities and facilities initiatives through extrapolation. Space planning major cultural Experience space, accommodation and Recreation Space, seating area, separated by commercial and support facilities and amenities were chosen by a space planning major activities and introducing facilities. Space planning and facility planning was planning to establish a space divided into coastal forest type and location wiyo type to suit the path of experience taking into account the Main Entrance and secondary Entrance. In addition, we want to maximize the space and planning programs using the program and the local economy, the effects of the business through association programs and institutions around for the weekend and during the week guests. Destination is the current accessibility is good future Ganghwa and seokmo the connection if you develop a marketing program that actively attract tourists to the Immigration chance factors and Incheon International Airport that the bridge installation despite several constraints that for rural development you can see said to have a specific plan as the implications and significance of the study is the difference.
