영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to study effectiveness of policy related to the travel agencies. Furthermore, this paper is to identify the measurement of effectiveness of policy and to analyse the degree of effectiveness of it through the regulations and supports. After examining three hypotheses based on the collected data, this study found the followings; First, in direct effect of regulation reinforcement, safe dealings and protection of traveler showed a positive influence on effectiveness of policy. And in indirect effect, it revealed positive effect in improvement of product and service, reliance. Second, in direct effect of regulation alleviation, the reduction of cost and miscellaneous business showed a positive influence on effectiveness of policy. However, it did not reveal positive effect in convenience. In indirect effect, stability showed a positive influence, but it did not reveal positive effect in the increase of sale and efficiency of job. Third, in direct effect of support, growth of travel agency and planning of travel products showed a positive influence on it. In indirect effect, it also showed a positive effect in increase of sale, publicity and satisfaction of consumer.
