영문 초록

In Japan, the system for "the preservation area of historial landscape" and "the preservation area of traditional buildings" was initiated by local self-governments according to "The Law for Ancient Capitals Preservation(1966)" and "The law for cultural properties preservation(1975)". The nationally important areas of them were strongly supported for preservation and renovation. This can give us a great meaningful message. The purpose of this paper is to find desirable and specific directors and ways in Korea as the system of "the preservation area of historial landscape" and "the preservation area of traditional buildings" in Japan was overall investigated and analyzed.
