The purposes of this paper were to examine in which physical ambiance and the service process quality are managed and their effects on customer satisfaction as well as to examine the relationship between customer evaluation. To achieve the purposes, a questionnaire was collected in beauty shop customers in korea.
The results suggest that servicescape was related to customer satisfaction directly. Second, service process quality was related to consumer satisfaction directly. Third, customer satisfaction directly affected the intent to customer evaluation through customer satisfaction. This result means that the need to pursue the marketing considering the importance of servicescape and service process quality in beauty service.
