영문 초록

In spite of the proliferation of job insecurity, few studies have investigated job insecurity of Hotel employee. The study aimed to investigate that job insecurity of Hotel employee effect transactionalㆍrelational psychological contract violation(PCV), two type of organizational commitment and result moderator of work status. The result are as follows. First, job insecurity effect significantly transactionalㆍrelational PCV. Second, transactional PCV influence significantly affective commitment and relational PCV effect significantly affectiveㆍcontinuance commitment Third, in case if regular employees follow that job insecurity effect transactionalㆍrelational PCV and relational PCV influence affectiveㆍcontinuance commitment. Also, contingent workers follow that job insecurity effect significantly only transactional PCV and this influence significantly affective continuanceㆍcommitment.
