This study is to analyze meaning perceptions on guest house’s stakeholders including guest house managers, tourists, tourist businesses, local merchants, central government and local government. Meaning perceptions on guest house were analyzed by journal texts as a semiotic method by denotations, connotations and myth meanings step by step. In analysis, guest house managers perceived ultimate meanings as local economic change and
cultural spatiality on guest house. Tourists comprehended ultimate meanings as cultural touristic information exchange facilities on guest house, tourist businesses grasped ultimate meaning as cultural business, and local merchants took ultimate meaning as space for cultural business. Lastly, central government and local government perceived ultimate meanings as facilities for local touristic economy and cultural experience. Finally, guest
house’s stakeholders commonly perceived lodging facilities as economic activations and cultural exchanges.
