영문 초록
This paper suggests there is a demand for systematic research on tourist destination adoption based on significance and properties of mobile tourist information service.
Questionnaire survey was carried out focusing on those who had experience in searching tourist information by using mobile devices. Firstly, It was revealed that their ages were lined up in order of 20’s, 40’s, 30’s and their number of use of average 1 per month was the highest percentage as well as average 20 per month was 3.6%. It was proven that
their most favorable service was road guide service and another favorable services were lined up in order of restaurants around tourist resorts, public transportation. The result presented that mobile tourist information service factors had significance influences on both of convenience of tourist and attraction of tourist resorts, which was involved in tourist destination choice factors. In accordance with such an analysis result, firms related
with tourist or local governments who serve mobile tourist information service are being requested that they should establish channels for communicating with tourist on their tourist related apps or mobile webs, and provide continual tourist related news and notices.
And they should go further to enhance usability by ways of designing ui(user interface) of tourist related apps or mobile webs simply and eidetically. It seems desirable to simplify the directory structure for the purpose of allowing tourists to access quickly and easily information
