영문 초록
The purpose of this study is to provide evidence concerning the effects of ethical leadership, human resource flexibility, and management performance in the hotel company.
The study conducted theoretical and empirical study. The data were collected from employees in deluxe hotels of Seoul with the questionnaires. To achieve the study objective, a total of 261 valid questionnaires are statistically analyzed, using frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis. The results of analysis are:
First, the ethical leadership had effects on human resource flexibility. Second, the ethical leadership had effects on management performance. Third, the human resource flexibility partially had effects on management performance. The result shows that management must consider ethical leadership and human resource flexibility in creating a successful management performance. Consequently, many leadership training programs focus on superior officer’s understanding of their subordinates in line with the rising significance of ethical leadership.
