국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 기획여행제도의 효율성과 정합성을 조사하여 제도 시행과정의 문제점을 구명하고, 제도시행의 주체나 대상에게 적용될 수 있는 기획여행제도의 정책적 대안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 기획여행제도의 배경적 논의를 통해서 기획여행제도의 시행과정, 제도 관련법규 시행내용, 기획여행상품과 유통구조, 기획여행제도와 사회적 규제 등에 대하여 알아보았다. 즉 기획여행제도의 배경에 대한 이론적 검토를 통하여 기획여행제도의 시행요인을 파악하여 체계화함으로써 기획여행제도의 효율성 및 정합성 조사를 위한 범위를 설정하였다. 이러한 논의 및 기획여행제도의 실태, 현황 등을 토대로 하여 기획여행제도의 효율성 및 정합성을 조사하였다. 또한 이러한 기획여행제도의 효율성 및 정합성 조사 결과를 바탕으로 제도 시행과정의 문제점을 구명하였고, 문제점 구명 등을 토대로 기획여행제도의 네 가지 정책적 대안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is looking for problems of Package tour operating system with the study on the efficiency & concurrence of them. And based on problems of them, this research provides for the advanced proposal of Package tour operating system. This research is a exploratory study, exploratory study used the method of case study. The case study for the efficiency & concurrence of them attempt to looking for form of advertisement and public relations of travel agencies. This research was adopted as a basic point of view that consumer and travel agencies must be protected. Therefore this research was investigated data of Fair trade commission of korea, Korea consumer agency, Korea tourism organization for complains of consumer. And according to the result of case study as the efficiency & concurrence of them, this research provides for the advanced 4 proposals of Package tour operating system in korea.
