국문 초록

정보기술의 발달로 인터넷 관광정보 검색은 가장 선호되는 관광정보 탐색 방법으로 사용되어 오고 있으며, 최근에는 PDA, 휴대전화 등의 모바일기기를 통한 정보검색이 가능해지면서 그 영역이 확대되어 가고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 모바일 관광서비스를 이용한 관광객들을 대상으로 하여 관광객들의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 모바일 관광서비스를 제공하는 데 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 현재 모바일 관광정보 서비스 실행중인 전주 한옥마을을 대상으로 조사하였다. 예비조사를 통해 모바일 관광정보 서비스를 측정하기 위해 추출한 항목으로 관광지를 방문한 관광객들 중 모바일 관광정보 서비스를 이용한 관광객들을 대상으로 이 항목들에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 정보의 유용성과 용이성에 대해서는 중요도와 만족도가 높게 나타나 이 항목에 대해서는 기존의 서비스수준을 유지할 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면, 접속속도와 오류 없는 작동, 실시간 정보제공 등은 중요도는 높으나 만족도가 낮아 집중적으로 개선해야 하는 속성으로 구분되었다. 실제로 모바일 기기의 작동오류가 자주 발생하여 위치안내 등의 서비스가 이뤄지지 않는 경우가 종종 발생하여 이용객들이 불편을 호소하기도 하여, 이 부분에 대한 철저한 기술적 보완이 요구된다고 하겠다. 서비스의 심미성과 기술적 편리성은 저순위영역으로 구분되었다.

영문 초록

Owing to the development of Information Technology, Internet Tour-Information search has been popearr way of tour information search. Recently mobile machines such as PDA, ch a phone has become a new method of information search. The study tries to find what is required to improve for users' satisfaction which wsead be a usefea information for the service providers. Based on preliminary investigation, 16 items were derived to evaluate the importance and satisfaction level of users. The results shows that users were satisfied with usefulness and easiness which included 'various information', 'datailed information', 'correct information', 'necessary information', 'easiness for use', 'time and effort saving', these item ranked high in importance level. However, those marked high in importance but low in satisfaction and required the concentrative improvement were 'speedy system connection', 'reliable operation' ,'real time information based on location'.The design and individual function were ranked low both importance and satisfaction. As mobile tour information service is getting adopted by local governments, the inspection of effectiveness and precision are required in advance.
