삶의 질과 건강체험장 이용결정 요인 분석

국문 초록

국민소득의 증가와 주 5일 근무제 활성화 등으로 여가시간이 증가함에 따라 여가시간 활용의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 특히 삶의 질제고 측면에서 여가시간 활용의 중요성이 강조되고, 여가시간 활용방법의 하나로 체험관광에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이는 단순한 감각이나 의식이 아니라 유기체가 각성된 상태에서 의미 있는 무엇인가에 의해 자신이 살아있음을 느끼고자하는 욕망이 증가하고 있다는 의미일 것이다. 또한 국민소득의 증가와 평균 수명의 증가 및 고령화시대의 도래로 건강에 대한 가치와 관심이 보건과 의료 차원을 넘어 다양한 사회분야로 확산되고 이다. 이러한 체험 관광과 건강에 대한 욕구증가를 반영하여 지역경제활성화 방안의 하나로 건강체험장을 신축하려는 움직임이 지자체별로 다양하게 일어나고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 건강체험장 활성화 방안의 하나로 소비자들의 건강체험장 이용 결정요인이 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 전국의 800명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 유효설문지 564부를 분석한 결과 다양한 프로그램에 대한 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났고, 불만요인은 가격이 비싸다는 응답이었다. 또한 이용자들의 46%가 재방문 의사가 있는 것으로 나타나 타인에게 이용을 권유하겠다는 응답도 52.2%로 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 건강체험장이 활성화되기 위해서는 다양한 프로그램의 도입과 적절한 가격결정이 중요한 요인이라고 볼 수 있겠다.

영문 초록

As leisure time is increasing because of the growing national income and the introduction of five-day workweek system, the importance of using leisure time is being stressed. In particular, emphasis is being placed on the importance of using leisure to promote quality life, and thers is increased interest in hands-on tourism as one of the methods of using leisure time. There is increased desire for the people to feel that they are alive based on something meaningful while the organic body is fully awakened, breaking away from the “see and enjoy” type of tourism, i.e, increasing interest in hands-on tourism. In addition, due to increased national income and increased average life span plus the advent of the aging society, the value of and interest in health are being spread to all social sectors beyond health and medical care. Therefore, this paper examined the factors that determine the use of the hands-on health center, which is being highlighted as a means of satisfying both the increased desire for such hands-on tourism and the desire for health Questionnaires were distributed to 800 persons nationwide, and 546 sheets of valid questionnaires were analyzed. The results showed the highest level of satisfaction with the diversity of the programs, with complaints centering on the high prices. Moreover, 46% of the users expressed their intention to visit the place again, and 52.2% answered that they would recommend the place to other people. The results of the study suggest the importance of introducing variegated programs and deciding the appropriate prices to activate the use of hands-on health centers.
