영문 초록

Recent developments in the IT industry, such as mobile and wireless communication technologies in the automotive industry is bringing a new paradigm. The composition of the environment and that can provide useful information in real time from the outside in, ubiquitous car in a car that is not present in the limited space of motorists. Can assist the operation of the operator to provide the service, such as by providing a vehicle diagnostic information to the driver checks the vehicle condition allows the operator, and the real-time traffic such environments. In this paper, a telematics system that provides a useful service by using a self-diagnostic OBD-Ⅱ in the smartphone environment of the vehicle and the driver design and implementation.
