영문 초록

This paper studies how to take advantage of BIM(Building Information Modeling) when the presentation for clients' decision making in the housing design process, in addition, we propose a framework for decision making for the use of BIM in the early design phase. Clients' decision-making in the design process has a significant impact on the performance of the house building. The outcome of a housing design can be improved if various design options can rapidly be analysed to assist the client and architect in making informed decisions in the design process. Architects and clients will review in detail as an image, perspective, design drawings, presentation materials in a variety of forms, such as visualization to help you make the best decision. For architects and clients rational and efficient in order to make judgments and 3D simulations to form a visual effect that consensus, the BIM can be utilized as a decision making tool that can be easily understood by even non professionals. Accordingly, BIM 3D architectural design minimizes the error based on solid facts and reality, and to enable the right decisions because of the information they need to advance to reduce unnecessary losses by predicting in advance in terms of the clients and architects, good housing will be able to present the design alternatives.
