영문 초록

This study which is solution to organized Default Management of Wooden building aims to enhance availability of Cultural Properties by securing stability of Cultural Properties through routine Defect check after construction, protecting defect and early defect repair. Also, it administers stats of Default Management, so that reduces later frequency, applying measures to article of high frequency at the first time to plan, and pursuit to establish system and efficiency of Default Management of Cultural Properties by using it as valuable data for quality control of constructions and later maintain management, repairing a Wooden building.
