영문 초록
An apartment in Seoul determinants of common management by 12 independent variables discussed in the regression analysis, nine variables to be significant, and the remaining three variables were analyzed as not being significant. Significant independent variables in the common expenses of the variables that affect the most influential independent variables for the number of Elevators (0.710), followed by Area (0.333),deterioration is (0.314), management area (0.299), number of households (0.239), the public electricity(0.111), the apartment buildings can be (0.104), the highest floors (0.099), heating system (0.062) order,respectively.
Determinants of common management in Seoul apartment, based on analysis of how to reduce public expenses can be reduced or the elevator, or choose Gang nam three grilled outside, or choose the apartment that are not worn, or increasing the number of layers, the public electricity to be reduced. In addition, the individual heating method is selected, and the same number and the number of households,the larger the area managed by the common administration spent per ㎡ cost can be reduced.
Technical factors in more efforts to reduce administrative effort by the public plan is shared with the application of individual heating systems to minimize the cost of electricity using renewable energy measures and, LED bulbs to replace the measures are desirable.
