영문 초록

The organized human capital and physical capital of local communities, which constitute the main body of social capital, are emerging as the essential alternative to solve various community problems based on cooperative networking of civil society and the community. Based on previous studies, this study analyzed the influence on the local governance by social capital, which is established through citizens' project participation process in a local community's autonomous urban regeneration. The result of the analysis showed that the participation as social capital had impact on all factors of interdependence, shared decision making, shared project implementation and intermediary support organization. Networking showed to have impact on shared decision making and shared project implementation. Besides, the intermediary support organization showed to have impact on interdependence and shared project implementation.
