영문 초록

There have been many cases where a lot of projects related to local resources promoted by Lower level local government have failed to achieve practical project performance as a result of solely putting focus on external performance even without properly grasping the commercialization promotion process and its subsequent key elements. In an effort to improve such a wrong practice, this study aims at establishing the process for discovering local resources of comparative advantages and promoting efficient commercialization, and systematize its promotion method. The core items to be promoted for commercialization of local resources in a region include① formation of a bond of sympathy on local resources between local residents ② composition of an efficient project team ③ investigation & review of the preceding researches on local resources ④ development and sale of differentiated products in line with regional condition⑤ securing of competitive intellectual property rights at a level of Lower level local government ⑥ securing of regional identity for local resources ⑦ training of talented individuals for boosting practical business skills in commercialization ⑧ strategic partnership with a research institute (consulting organizations) ⑨ construction of the 6th industrialization system ⑩ development of story-telling marketing utilizing local resources ⑪ systematic nurturing of related leading companies ⑫ efficient utilization of government resources, etc. It’s most imperative to construct an efficient cooperative system for local economy revitalization around the regional core main entities in order for a region to systematically prosper.
