디자인적 사고의 특성이 대학생의 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 디자인적 사고의 특성이 대학생들의 창업의도와의 관계를 분석하기 위하여 Brown(2008)이 제시한 공감(empathy), 통합적 사고(integrative thinking), 낙관주의(optimism),실험주의(experimentalism), 협업(collaboration)을 선행변수로, 그리고 자기효능감을 조절변수로 하여 이들이 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 종합적으로 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 공감, 낙관주의, 협업은 창업의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않지만, 통합적 사고와 실험주의는 창업의도에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 점을 발견하였다. 자기효능감은 디자인적사고의 특성 요인과 창업의도 사이에서 조절효과를 가질 것이라는 가설을 검증한 결과, 대학생들이 가지고 있는 디자인적 사고의 특성과 자기효능감은 창업의도에 밀접한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기효능감이 가지는 조절효과 역시 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.분석결과를 볼 때, 대학생의 창업교육에 있어서 통합적사고와 실험주의를 기반으로 창업보완이 필요하다고 판단된다.

영문 초록

This Research explores that the characteristic of design thinking effect on university students’entrepreneurial intentions. In order to analyze this relation, this study utilizes 5 variables like empathy, integrative thinking, optimism, experimentalism and collaboration. Moreover, Self-efficacy is used moderating variable. The findings of this research suggest that integrative thinking, experimentalism and Self-efficiency of university students influence aim of start-up directly. And moderating effect of Self-efficiency is valid. Finally, venture education for university students should be needed to be suggested based on integrative thinking and experimentalism.
