영문 초록

The completion time of the Water Margin has troubled scholars for years. Mr. Shi Chang Yu has come to a new conclusion that the time should be in the early JiaJing, Ming dynasty. He analysis the words in the text, such as PuDao(朴刀), GanBang(杆棒), YaoDao(腰刀), ZiMuPao(子母炮), TuBing(土兵)and SuiYinZi(碎银子). Although this conclusion has not been widely accepted by the scholars, Mr. Shi Chang Yu’s research methods have interested the scholars. Many scholars have their own points of view, formed a hot issue of the research of Water Margin.
