국문 초록

범죄심리의 학문적 발전과 응용 그리고 발전방향을 제시하고자 2005년 2월 17일 ‘한국범죄심리학회’가 창립되었다. ‘한국범죄심리학회’의 출범을 계기로 범죄심리학과 관련된 학자뿐만 아니라 형사사법기관에 종사하는 실무자들이 범죄심리학의 학문적 정체성 확립과 독자적인 학문적 영역의 구축을 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다. ‘한국범죄심리학회’의 출범 후 올해로 10주년이 된 시점에서 그간의 학문적 성과를 확인하여 국내 범죄심리학의 연구영역과 그 경향성을 파악하는 작업은 국내 범죄심리학의 정체성을 확립하고 향후 발전방향을 모색하는 데 반드시 필요한 작업일 것이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 2005년부터 2014년까지「한국범죄심리연구」에 게재된 학술논문 총 223편을 대상으로 국내 범죄심리학 연구의 경향을 분석하고자 한다. 방법론적인 면에서도 언어 네트워크 분석을 실시하여 그간 연구되어왔던 연구주제의 주요 개념간의 관계성 및 중심성을 파악함으로써, 개괄적인 수준에서 연구경향을 분석해왔던 전통적인 경향분석과는 달리 미시적인 관점에서 구체적으로 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 분석결과는 다음과 같이 크게 네 가지 정도로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 2005년-2007년 시기의 연구는 ‘심리’라는 키워드를 중심으로 ‘범죄’, ‘특성’, ‘범죄심리’, ‘고찰’ 등의 순으로 연결중심성이 높게 나타났으며, 특히 ‘성폭력’, ‘범죄자’, ‘범죄심리학’, ‘청소년’, ‘성범죄’, ‘연쇄살인범’ 등의 키워드가 연결중심성이 높은 편이었다. 둘째, 2008년-2010년 시기에서는 이전 시기와 다르게 ‘범죄’라는 키워드가 연결중심성이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 ‘범죄’라는 핵심 키워드를 중심으로 ‘심리’, ‘특성’, ‘분석’, ‘요인’, ‘영향’, ‘청소년’, ‘대책’, ‘군’, ‘자살’, ‘발생’, ‘실태’, ‘원인’, ‘대응방안’ 등 연결관계를 형성하고 있었다. 셋째, 2011년-2014년 시기 역시 ‘범죄’라는 키워드가 연결중심성이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 이 핵심 키워드를 중심으로 ‘폭력’, ‘학교’, ‘피해’, ‘학교폭력’, ‘영향’, ‘경찰’, ‘분석’, ‘비행’, ‘심리’, ‘청소년’, ‘예방’, ‘고찰’, ‘원인’, ‘실태’, ‘대응방안’ 등의 키워드가 높은 연결관계를 형성하고 있었다. 마지막으로 2005년-2014년(전체)의 연구경향을 살펴보면, ‘범죄’라는 키워드가 연결중심성이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 이 핵심 키워드를 중심으로 ‘심리’, ‘분석’, ‘폭력’, ‘경찰’, ‘피해’, ‘영향’, ‘특성’, ‘고찰’, ‘요인’, ‘청소년’, ‘학교’, ‘비행’, ‘범죄자’, ‘성폭력’, ‘학교폭력’, ‘아동’, ‘실태’, ‘성범죄’, ‘원인’, ‘대응방안’ 등의 키워드가 높은 연결관계를 형성하고 있었다.

영문 초록

The Korea Association of Criminal Psychology was organized in February 17, 2005 in order to contribute academic development and application of criminal psychology and to suggest directions for future development. Furthermore, the Korea Association of Criminal Psychology seeks to establish the scientific identity of Criminal Psychology and to define its scope as an academic discipline, and is laying the foundation for the development of the Korean Criminal Psychology. With this background, the present study analyzed trends in research on Criminal Psychology using 223 dissertations published in the Korean Criminal Psychology Review during the period from 2005 to 2014. Different from traditional trend analyses that examined research trends in a general level, this study attempted to approach from a more quantitative and objective perspective by focusing on the association and centrality of major concepts of research themes suggested in the Korean Criminal Psychology Review. The results of this study were summarized largely into four points as follows. First, during the period from 2005 to 2007, with keyword ‘psychology’ at the center, keywords such as ‘crime’, ‘characteristic’, and ‘criminal psychology’ showed high degree centrality, and in particular, keywords such as ‘sexual assault’, ‘criminal’, ‘criminal psychology’, ‘youth’, ‘sex crime’, ‘serial killers’ showed relatively high degree centrality. Second, during the period from 2008 to 2010, with keyword ‘crime’ at the center, keywords such as ‘psychology’, ‘characteristic’, ‘analysis’, ‘factors’, ‘influence’, ‘youth’, ‘measures’, ‘military’, ‘suicide’, ‘occurs’, ‘the actual condition’, ‘causes’, ‘countermeasures’ showed high degree centrality. Third, during the period from 2011 to 2014, with keyword ‘crime’ at the center, keywords such as ‘violence’, ‘school’, ‘victim’, ‘school violence’, ‘influence’, ‘police’, ‘analysis’, ‘delinquency’, ‘psychology’, ‘youth’, ‘prevention’, ‘consideration’, ‘cause’, ‘the actual condition’, ‘countermeasures’ showed high degree centrality. Lastly, during the period from 2005 to 2014, with keyword ‘crime’ at the center, keywords such as ‘psychology’, ‘analysis’, ‘violence’, ‘police’, ‘victim’, ‘influence’, ‘characteristic’, ‘consideration’, ‘factors’, ‘youth’, ‘school’, ‘delinquency’, ‘criminals’, ‘sexual assault’, ‘school violence’, ‘child’, ‘the actual condition’, ‘sex crime’, ‘cause’, ‘countermeasures’ showed high degree centrality.
