발달장애인 부모의 사회경제적 지위가 정보격차에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 발달장애인 부모를 대상으로 이들의 정보격차에 미치는 사회경제적 지위 변수의 직접적인 영향과 인터넷 사용능력과 만족도를 매개변수로 한 간접효과를 규명한 연구이다. 자료는 한국장애인개발원에서 실시한 ‘발달장애인 지역사회정보이용 실태 및 활성화방안 연구’의 데이터를 활용하였다. 발달장애인 부모를 대상으로 조사된 자료 중 총 365사례가 분석 에 활용되었다. 구조방정식모형을 통해 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 발달장애인 부모의 사회경제적 지위 중 연령과 학력은 정보격차에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 발달장애인 부모의 연령과 학력은 인터넷 활용능력을 통한 간접적인 영향도 나타났다. 그러나 정보만족도를 통한 간접효과는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 발달장애인 부모를 대상으로 구체적이고 실질적인 정보화 교육을 제공할 필요가 있으며 정보통신기기 지원 등 실효성 있는 정책대안을 제안하는 바이다.

영문 초록

This study is a research that investigated the direct effect of socio-economic status factors to digital divide and ascertained the indirect effect of internet use ability and the satisfaction level for the parents of children with developmental disabilities. Data of 'Actual condition of using community information of People with developmental disabilities' conducted by 'Korea Disabled People's Development Institute' was used. 365 questionnaires conducted for the Autistic Children Parents were used in analysis. The result of the analysis through structural equation model is as follows. First, It was found that ages and educations have a direct impact on the information gap. Second, we verified indirect effect of internet use ability. We proposed the effective policy about that the autistic children parents need practical IT training and supporting for information and communication equipment.
