영문 초록

This paper undertakes an exploratory research for drawing some negotiation agenda for a possible and is based on local research implemented to estimate 'social development capacity' toward the attainment of UN MDGs in the D.R.Congo. It has become more important for S. Korea as one of OECD/DAC members to raise an effectiveness of aid and to activate the FTAs previously concluded much more in propelling sustainable economic growth through trade. Also S. Korea should propell the energy and strategic mineral resources oriented FTA from now. Under this background, this paper insists to propel the as a way to conclude FTA with the D.R. Congo.
